There is no time limit on the free version, and you can use the app as long as you stay within the usage limits (e.g., total data storage limit). You can upgrade to a paid plan at anytime if you need additional features and capacity. There are no upfront fees or long-term commitments required.


Teleon Health is a secure messaging app that can be used by healthcare professionals to collaborate with colleagues both within their own office and across organizations and care settings. Some apps in the market are designed for use by one organization (e.g., within one hospital), often requiring providers to resort to phone, fax, SMS, and other unsecure and/or inefficient ways to communicate with colleagues outside of their organization. In addition, the Teleon Health app has other features such as the group management module which enables providers to collaborate with colleagues in simpler and more efficient ways. You can search for messages by any keyword found in the message body and topic, recipient’s name, and message tag.

You will see a time stamp below the message when it has been sent successfully. If the message was not sent successfully, then you will see a red error notification below the message.

You will see a “Read by” notification below the message. You can click on this notification to see the details of who read the message and the time stamp of the read receipts.

You can star a contact to add the person to your Favorites list. To remove the contact from your list, you would just need to remove the star from this person.

We use a number of sources to verify a person’s identity, including the National Provider Identifier (NPI) database; state licensing boards; leading identity verification systems that are trusted by major Healthcare, Financial Services, and Insurance companies; faxed copies of medical credentials; and verification by healthcare organizations.
