At Teleon Health, we’re passionate about healthcare. We see it as a space with countless challenges, but also significant opportunities to impact people’s lives with better technology. To help patients get better outcomes and quality care. To empower nurses and physicians and staff. To connect and bring providers together.
Talking to both patients and providers, we’ve heard the same pain points over and over. Patient care is very challenging–on both the patient side and provider side. We’ve experienced these problems first-hand with family and friends–the struggle to integrate disconnected care or to even get files in a timely manner.
For providers, the story isn’t much different. Looking behind the curtain, they have to jump through countless hoops to communicate with each other and patients. They struggle to get by using systems designed for a past era.
The common theme? For both patients and providers, the desire for great patient care burns strong. But the communication and collaboration challenges are very real. This is a problem that has to be solved, and we’re excited to be tackling it every day–building communications tools and solutions designed for healthcare that aren’t just functional, but people love to use.
Our Culture & Values
We unwaveringly live according to the following:
We believe that respect for and prioritization of people and their experiences come first - for our customers, employees, partners, and everyone we interact with.
About who we are and what we do – in small things and big things.
We’re constantly looking for new ideas to better serve our customers. We also believe innovation happens by taking initiatives and risks and rolling up our sleeves to bring the ideas to life.
Your yes is yes. Strong execution with clear accountability.
We’re not superhuman and we don’t know everything. We always want to listen first and learn from each other.
We want to collaboratively build an enduring company that contributes to people’s lives. This means that every person and every day-to-day task work toward a greater purpose.
This is a team effort, and we want to enjoy the journey together - celebrate our achievements and victories together and pick each other up in tough times.
