    Teleon Health is fully HIPAA compliant, with implementation of all measures of HIPAA Security and Privacy Rules. Teleon signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all of our customers. Teleon also provides end-to-end encryption of data, strict access controls, audit logs, regular backups, and other safeguards.

    Yes, Teleon provides 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption of data in transit, and 256-bit AES encryption of data in storage.

    Yes, we sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with all of our customers.

    We offer a free 14-day trial of Teleon so that your team can experience the full capabilities of our solution. During the trial period, we provide setup and hands-on support to ensure that you have a successful pilot.

    The Enterprise plan is geared toward multi-site organizations that need additional administrative controls, multi-site directories, custom roles & permissions, integrations to systems (e.g., EHR), and other enterprise features.

    A site is one physical location of a customer organization - a skilled nursing facility, physician practice office, home health agency office, etc. - that has up to 100 employees per location.

    Yes, you can switch from Standard to Enterprise plan at a later time.

    Yes, you can switch from user-based to site-based pricing at a later time.

    If your organization is on our paid plan, then you can invite external partners without additional fee. If your external partners need certain features such as Teleon's Admin Console, then they can choose to upgrade to our paid plan.

    We offer ongoing technical support via email, phone, and in-app chat. We also have a Help Center with many useful articles and videos for self-service access.

    Yes, you can access the app using a web browser or mobile devices (iOS or Android).

    Our web application supports Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer.

    Teleon is fast to set up. You can use our self-service Admin Console to create user accounts with a few simple clicks, and invited users can access their accounts in less than a minute.

    Teleon provides online/remote support for initial setup at no additional fee for Standard Plan customers (account creation, configurations, etc.). We charge a one-time setup fee for Enterprise Plan customers.

    All you need is a web browser or a smartphone, either iOS or Android device, to start using the Teleon app. There are no other hardware or IT requirements.

    We accept credit card, check or wire.

    For Standard plan, you can switch from monthly billing to annual billing at any time.

    If you’re on monthly billing, then you can cancel at any time. If you’re on an annual contract, then you will need to pay for a year’s worth of subscription fees upfront.
